The developer is strategically expanding in one of the citys most sought-after residential neighborhoods with this move. As stated by the business in a filing on April 4, 2025, the Godrej Versova project is expected to create a high-end residential complex with a saleable area of roughly 4.4 lakh square feet, with an estimated income of Rs 1,350 crore.
